The Office of the Registrar provides services related to the creation and maintenance of student academic records. We assist students with enrollment, adding or dropping courses, degree or enrollment verification, updating personal information in the student database, fulfilling transcript requests, graduation, and other services. Faculty and staff rely on our office for classroom scheduling, course scheduling, class roll coordination, grade submission, various enrollment reports and assistance with the registration process.

The submission of a Transcript Request Form that is signed by the current or former student is required when requesting an OFFICIAL transcript. It can be sent by mail, faxed, or delivered in person. Instructions are included on the form. Currents students can also request OFFICIAL transcripts in WebAccess. UNOFFICIAL transcripts are available to current students in WebAccess – 24/7. - Enrollment Verifications

The Office of the Registrar provides assistance for eligible students to complete the appropriate forms necessary to apply for education benefits. - Transfer Credit Policy
Oklahoma Wesleyan University has established a transfer credit policy that is designed to facilitate the transfer of students’ credits from one college or university to OKWU. The goal is to maximize the utilization of prior learning and help students advance in the educational system in the pursuit of their educational goals.
