DEGREE OPTIONS
Associates Degrees
Our STEP Program provides structured degree preparation for students with limited or no college credits. This program allows students to complete an Associate’s degree or take prerequisites for a Bachelors degree.
Designed for the working adult, the AEC program will provide the skills needed to teach pre-kindergarten. Head Starts, private schools and public schools are all looking for qualified early childhood professionals.
Bachelors Degrees
This RN to BSN program puts you under the guidance of practicing, professional nurses who will take you to the leading edge of nursing. At OKWU there are no clinicals, statistics, or chemistry required for degree completion.
The bachelor of science degree in Business Admin. (BSBA) will develop marketable skills in business operations, leadership, human relations, performance assessments and organized strategy. Focus on Finance, Healthcare Administration or Management.
Ministry & Leadership will take your leadership skills and biblical knowledge to the next level with a degree designed to equip you with effective and innovative church and non-profit leadership tools.
Organizational Management and Ethics
OME focuses on the day to day challenges managers face and how to respond effectively and ethically.
This program provides students with a strong foundation in general psychology. Students will gain insight into the cognitive and affective processes that underlie the individual human development and behavior.
Master Degrees
OKWU offers a Master of Business Administration. Concentrations are available in Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, or Nursing Management. The OKWU Graduate programs are intense, fast-paced, and challenging. Graduates will possess the tools needed to distinguish themselves in the workforce.
New MBA in Nursing Management is specifically designed to give practicing nurses the leadership and decision-making skills they need to advance their careers.
Special Programs
The TEACH program provides a unique opportunity to degreed professionals who wish to become certified teachers in Oklahoma. This course is designed to prepare you for taking the State Alternative Certification exams.
