From the Vice President for Academic Affairs

You’re ready for the next step in God’s call on your life. You’ve completed an undergraduate degree, but you need specialized knowledge and professional skills to take you where you believe He is leading.

The very same Lord who is calling you is also calling us. He’s calling us, and helping us, to offer a business graduate degree program that will move you forward with Him. We have one program ready to launch, and four more in the planning stages.

Like most graduate degrees, our M.Ed. furnishes you with professionally recognized skills. Unlike most graduate degrees, our program anchor these skills in a Biblical understanding of God, human nature, morality and society. You will master your profession while also mastering the key ideas that strengthen it, weaken it, or distort it. If you do your part, you will graduate with an unusually high capacity for intellectual and ethical leadership in your field.

Our faculty are the key to this process. Oklahoma Wesleyan’s faculty recognize that the mind and the spirit are allies, that the pursuit of truth and the love of God reinforce each other, and that human knowledge forms a potentially harmonious whole under the Lordship of Jesus. Against today’s relativism, the OKWU academic experience emphasizes objective truth and accountability to facts, defending reason because of faith. The fear of the Lord excludes the fear of true knowledge.

Robert M. Myers
Executive Vice President
