Wesleyan Missionary to Czech Republic
“I was blessed to grow up in a family with a rich Christian heritage, and I believe that I came to know the Lord at a young age because of this blessing.” Sabrina Hadsell’s father, grandfather, and numerous other relatives are Wesleyan pastors or deeply involved in their local churches. As Sabrina’ relationship with the Lord deepened, she realized she had her own personal passion for ministry. The Lord first called her to ministry and missions while she was in junior high. In answering this call, she took one step at a time by continuing to participate in mission activities through the years. In 1994 Sabrina went with a YES Corps team to the Czech Republic where she taught English and participated in a youth camp. She returned for the Czech Republic EuroCamp in 2002. She served as a GO-Net volunteer missionary in Czech from August 2003-August 2004 where she worked at the Majak Ministry Center teaching English and serving in a variety of other ministries. She also assisted with the coaching of a local cheerleading team. A graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University with a B.S. degree in secondary social studies and minor in youth ministry, Sabrina has been appointed to serve as a Global Partners’ career missionary in the Czech Republic. It is her vision to share the love of Jesus Christ with the lost people of the Czech Republic through the unique ministries offered by the Majak Ministry Center.
