Head Athletic Trainer – Curtis Williams

Curtis Williams holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baker College. Curtis is starting his 10 year at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Curtis was a full time professor in Exercise Science. Curtis served previously with McBride Clinic as the Coordinator of Sports Medicine. As the Coordinator of Sports Medicine I mostly did marketing of McBride Clinic’s Arthritis and Orthopedic line of healthcare to primary care physician, emergency departments, area High School, Colleges, and Professional Sport Venues throughout central Oklahoma. I have also served as Head Athletic Trainer at Oklahoma City University for four years as well as adjunct faculty. I was the host Athletic Trainer for the United States Olympics World Cup of Softball that involved five countries for four years. Also was medical coordinator for the Junior Olympic Baseball program for several years. I currently serve as Head AT for Oklahoma Wesleyan University and server as Full time Faculty in the School of Education. Currently I am teaching Exercise Science classes for our Pre-Physical Therapy program. I also adjunct In OKWU Adult and Graduate Studies program where I teach Introduction to Business, Management and Leadership, Executive Wellness, and Small Business Management. I have 22 years’ experience in healthcare business environments. He and his wife Brennen have a daughter, Blakely and son Grady.

Each component must be completed prior to gratify medical eligibility. Incomplete medical evaluations will result in medical ineligibility and the student-athlete will not be allowed to practice and/or compete until this evaluation has been determined to be complete by the Athletic Training Staff.
