The Oklahoma Wesleyan University Women’s Volleyball team is back to the hardwood as of this week preparing for their upcoming season.
With two practices a day, this team is showing great promise early in preseason workouts. When asked about how she felt the team was looking Coach Tracie Collins says “So far the volleyball team is showing amazing work ethic and seem to be genuinely excited about what’s to come this season. I am already seeing some athletes that are stepping up and taking the leadership role and leading by example on and off the court.”
Volleyball season kicks off on August 27th with the Oklahoma City University Classic and the first home game slated for September 14th at 6pm versus College of the Ozarks.
