The OKWU Eagles headed to Springfield, MO this past Saturday to play Park University on a neutral floor. The Eagles ended up with an 88-73 victory in the contest.
OKWU was able to out rebound their opponents 39-22 and force Park into 20 turnovers. The Eagles also shot 55% from the field and hit 11 of their 24 three-point attempts.
Senior, power forward Sadiel Rojas continued his tear with 29 points and 11 rebounds. Rojas hit 11 of 14 shot attempts from the field, including 3 of 4 from three-point land. Two other Eagles scored in double figures including Murray Shaw with 15 points and Phillip Jahn with 14 points.
Next up for the OKWU men is a home game versus Mid America Christian University at the Mueller Sports Center on November 16th. Game is scheduled to begin at 7:30pm.
