Coach Jamie Peterson and the OKWU Men’s Soccer Team have captured the regular season MCAC crown, and are now looking for a conference tournament championship.
This weekend the Eagles will host their first ever MCAC tournament here on the OKWU campus. Coach Peterson is extremely proud of his players and excited about the opportunity. “ Our players have worked extremely hard for this accomplishment, yet we know that this is only the beginning for us. We have set out with our sights on higher goals and I really believe that with this group we have we can accomplish those goals.”
Tournament info: OKWU will be hosting the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference on Friday and Saturday. Oklahoma Wesleyan University will be playing Central Baptist Friday at 12:00 and at 3:00 Bellevue University will be playing Southwestern Christian University.
Saturday will be the Championship Game at 2:00pm.
