Saturday afternoon the Lady Eagles hit the road to Durant, OK to see how they stacked up to against an NCAA opponent. Before the Southeastern Oklahoma State squad realized it they were in a heavy weight fight that would last the full forty minutes. With the lead flip flopping numerous times the Lady Eagles hit a dry spell and fell behind by twelve points and that’s when the Lady Eagles  roared back to cut the lead to six as they headed to the foul line to shoot a one and one with two minutes left to play. The front end of the one and was no good and for the next two minutes the two traded blows resulting in a 73-66 finish in favor of SEOSU. The Lady Eagles had strong performances by Kaitie McMahan with 24pts and 7 three pointers, Rebecca Schlueter with 9pts and 20rebs, and Kayla Oleman with 14pts and 4rebs. “This was a great team effort tonight. We are finally starting to get a feel for playing the game and executing in the half court. I’m excited to get back to work following finals.” said Coach Molder.  The Lady Eagles come home on December 10th to face Rhema Bible College.
