Bartlesville, Okla. — Devin Harris scored 19 points and pulled down six rebounds to pace the Oklahoma Wesleyan Men’s Basketball team to an 84-65 victory over Southwestern Christian in MCAC conference action on Tuesday night.
The biggest cheer of the night though, came for Tanner James, who knocked down the late three-pointer which secured the traditional free Taco for the supporters.
The Eagles, with the win, were bouncing back from the conference defeat suffered at York College on the road on Saturday and improved its MCAC record to 4-1.
Steven Cooks, got off to a brisk start en route to 17 points, while Shawn Seymour sunk 3-of-5 from three-point range to also finish with 17 points.
Phil Jahn added eight points and six rebounds in the win, as Oklahoma Wesleyan improved its overall record to 13-5.
Reggie Sloan led the way for Southwestern Christian with 18 points in the defeat.
