Bartlesville, Okla. (Click For Box Scores) — The Oklahoma Wesleyan women’s basketball team improved to 5-1 in MCAC conference action, following a comfortable 94-56 win over Waldorf last Friday.

Kelsey Carpenter and Ginny Sanchez led Waldorf with 12 points apiece in the defeat.

The victory saw Oklahoma Wesleyan improving to 12-9 on the season, while winning six successive since falling 66-81 to College of Ozarks on Jan. 17 on the road.

The Lady Eagles return to action on Friday and Saturday against Waldorf and Saint Mary (Neb.) on road duties.

Last weekend’s conference clash with Saint Mary (Neb.) was canceled because of poor traveling weather. The game has now been rescheduled for Feb. 17.
