POINT LOOKOUT, MO. – The Oklahoma Wesleyan volleyball team has been seeded fifth in the 2013 MCAC Preseason Coaches’ Poll, which was released Monday (Aug. 12).
The Lady Eagles went 19-17 last season, including 7-6 in MCAC Conference play and this year head coach Tracie Collins is hoping her team will continue to improve this campaign.
Meanwhile, Bellevue University has been picked as the favorite team to win this year’s championship, following their impressive 13-0 run in the conference.
The Bruins also posted a 36-11 overall record in 2012 season in their way to winning the MCAC Tournament Title.
Elsewhere, College of the Ozarks, which recorded a 12-1 mark in conference action last season, earn the No. 2 position in the 2013 preseason rankings, with Waldorf College at third.
