Bartlesville, Okla. — The Oklahoma Wesleyan track team travels to Bourbonnais, IL on Wednesday, Feb. 19 to take part in the 2014 NCCAA National Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Leading the way are Junior Dashia Hurst and Senior Austin Blain, who both set school records during the season thus far.
Hurst will compete in the women’s Long Jump and Triple Jump and she will be joined by senior standout Allie Antrim (3,000m), as well as freshmen Sarah Sharp (3,000m), Brenda Ortiz (800m) and Taylor Fields (60m H).
On the men’s side Blain (800m), is joined by Andrew Townes (800m), Kody Dormire (800m) and the men’s 4x800m team.
Competition begins on Friday, Feb. 21 and ends the following day.
The team returns on Sunday, Feb. 22.
