Oklahoma Wesleyan University is hosting a musical recital for home school students on September 30th. The recital will take place from 6:00 PM through 8:00 PM in the Chapel.
Twenty home school students are scheduled to perform at this event. Those participating will receive guidance for future performances from two OKWU professors. Professor Randy Thompson and Assistant Professor Jonathan Stewart will both be providing musical advice to all participants. Professor Thompson earned his Ph.D. in music from the University of Maryland. Assistant Professor Stewart currently manages OKWU’s Department of Music.
The public is invited to attend this free event. A reception will be held following the recital.
