To best serve you, determine which describes your situation and the requirements according to each:
If you have previous college credit:
- With fewer than 24 semester credits you must meet 2 out of 3 of the following:
- College GPA of 2.0 or higher
- At least 24 months of work experience
- SAT/ACT of 860/18 or higher
- With 24 or more semester credits, you must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher
- If 30 or more acceptable hours are transferred in, a high school transcript is not required
If you have a GED or High School diploma
- With a recent high school diploma you must meet 2 out of 3 of the following:
- High School GPA of 2.0 or higher
- SAT/ACT scores of 860/18 or higher
- Ranked in the upper half of graduating class
- With at least 24 months of work experience after high school graduation you must meet 2 out of 3 of the following:
- Score in the upper half of CPT/CLAC diagnostics
- A written essay of high quality (minimum of 500 words)
- High School GPA of 2.0 or higher
- With only a GED you must have a score of 48 or higher and score in the upper half of the CPT/CLAC diagnostics.
If you wish to take classes but not seek a degree at this time
- Must meet 2 of the 4 criteria:
- Application form
- SAT/ACT score of 860/18 or higher
- Minimum of Junior high school standing
- High School GPA of 2.5 or higher
In addition to meeting the appropriate set of criteria listed above, those whose first language is not English must have suitable TOEFL scores, and all international prospective students must have proof of financial support and a specified cash deposit in U.S. dollars.
