Human Resources is a critical part of the employee’s well-being in any business. It plays a key role in helping companies operate with a fast-changing competitive environment and the greater demand for quality employees. Students will learn concepts and skills that will help with recruiting processes, employee coaching and training, and building effective benefits packages. Also, study about the legal environment in which Human Resources functions. Students will explore how to manage the implementation and integration of technology through improved staffing, training, and communication with employees. Strong Biblical views are used to guide interactions within the classroom to demonstrate how one can be a Christian and function within a Human Resources department.
