Note: This information pertains to students who request official transcipts from the Registrar’s Office.
All students with Perkins or Stafford Loans, must visit these lenders’ website and complete an “exit interview” online. The Registrar’s Office receives permisson to issue transcripts only if these online interviews are completed.
A Perkins Loan Exit Interview is required if a student is graduating this semester or not returning to OWU next semester and had a Perkins Loan while at school. It is a federal requirement.
Please gather the addresses and phone numbers of your parents, siblings, and two personal references. This exit interview must be completed before you will be able to receive your academic transcripts or diploma. This exit interview is different than one for Stafford Loans.
