Submit Transcripts
Submit Official High School Transcript
Part of the application process involves OKWU looking over your high school academic record. Your transcript will show us your class rank, grade point average, and the courses you have completed or are currently taking. If you have taken college courses while in high school, please submit those transcripts as well.
To do this…
Print off the Transcript Request Form and make sure you and your high school fill out the required sections.
Download the High School Transcript Request Form
Transfer students – please submit all transcripts from previous colleges or universities.
