Oklahoma Wesleyan Named Five Star Champions Of Character Institution

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) named Oklahoma Wesleyan to the list of Champions of Character institutions for the 2015-2016 school year.

Institutions are measured on a demonstrated commitment to Champions of Character and earned points in character training, conduct in competition, academic focus, character recognition and character promotion. Institutions earned points on exceptional student-athlete grade point averages and by having minimal to no ejections during competition throughout the academic year.

Oklahoma Wesleyan was honored with the award at the bronze distinction level, and one of seven KCAC schools to be named a Five Star Champions of Character Institution.
