A featured event at Oklahoma Wesleyan’s inaugural Liberty Symposium is the Religious Liberty Panel Luncheon on September 16th. The panel, moderated by OKWU President Dr. Everett Piper, will include presentations from expert panelists, including Gregory Baylor.
Mr. Baylor is senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom in Washington, D.C. With his organization’s Center for Religious Liberty, Baylor focuses his efforts on protecting the religious freedoms of Christian educational institutions as well as litigating for the First Amendment rights of students, faculty, and staff at public colleges and universities.
Mr. Baylor earned his J.D. at Duke University, and has been a practicing lawyer since 1990. He is admitted to the state bar of Texas, the U.S. Supreme Court, and a number of federal appeals and district courts.
