- The ability to maintain a 3.0 GPA in the master’s program

Responsibilities:
- Advising
Scope includes: 1) all incoming students, and 2) returning students, as requested by student, faculty and/or administration.
- Pull documents/data for advising meeting preparation
- Reconcile “Ready to Advise” students daily
- Conduct advising meetings with students when advising director is unavailable
- Send email to faculty advisor once advising is complete indicating schedule is ready for review and approval
- Track follow up action items to confirm completion (Test scores, AP test results, etc.)
- Update ACE worksheet to confirm students are enrolled in the correct English and Math course
- Text advising reminders to students who approve texting
- Provide schedules of probation students to Allison Weeter
- Assist advising director with required tasks, as needed.
- OKWU Prep
- Request OKWU Prep website update for course offerings each term (Spring, Summer and Fall)
- Coordinate electronic enrollment forms for every partner school each semester
- Monitor OKWU Prep email account and provide responses as able or escalate to director
- Research potential partner schools for OKWU Prep expansion
- Assist OKWU Prep director with required tasks, as needed.
- TEL Administration
- Monitor student grades weekly. Send emails to students lagging behind pace.
- Coordinate in person proctoring with ACE for students, who are not able to use online proctoring.
- Assist with mid-term grade input, as needed
- Advising and OKWU Prep, General Assistance
- Assist with move in weekend as needed for advising
- Help with Engage conference for Christian high schools
- Provide service to OKWU Prep partner schools, as needed
- Assist with Jenzabar implementation, as needed
- University Service
- Work fall and spring commencement
- Provide service during special university events, as needed
