Ivan Ristic from Belgrade, Serbia, is going into his first year of assistant coaching. Before coming to OKWU Ivan played soccer in Serbia for fifteen years. He also played 4 years for the Oklahoma Wesleyan University Eagles where he helped the men’s soccer program to advance to four NAIA National Tournament appearances. Along with that the men’s team won three regular season conference championships and two conference tournaments. He was named NAIA All American 2nd team (2014) and NAIA All American 3rd team(2013), Defensive player of the conference(2013,2014), Newcomer of the Year(2012), Regional Player of the Year(2013,2014), All Conference first team(2012,2013,2014) and OKWU student Athlete of the year (2015).

In 2013 Ivan played PDL semi-professional league for Vermont Voltage. Ivan has a degree in Financial Economics (OKWU), and currently working towards his MBA.

He also has USSF National D Coaching License.
