Mascot Waiver Mascot Waiver Oklahoma Wesleyan University Mascot Waiver of Liability The undersigned is aware of and acknowledges the risks associated with participation in mascot activities, including but not without limitation, the risk of catastrophic injury, paralysis, and even death. Nevertheless, it is the undersigned’s desire to participate as an Oklahoma Wesleyan University mascot/handler. The undersigned assumes all risk of injury associated with said activities and specifically agrees to indemnify and hold free and harmless Oklahoma Wesleyan University its agents and employees, including without limitation OKWU team members, mascots/handlers, coaches, and all other members of staff, from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of his/her participation in said mascot activities, no matter what the cause.
