Charlie Young

Originally from Grand Haven, Michigan, Young holds a B.A. in Sports Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, following a transfer from Eastern Michigan University. Brings experience in recruiting within Christian higher education and at the NCAA Division I level, along with a background in sprints and middle-distance events.

A decorated NAIA athlete from 2021 to 2023, earning 2 National Championships, 2 National Runner-Up finishes, and 11 All-American honors. Holds five school records at IWU and was a 12-time All-League performer in the Crossroads League. Also recognized as a Daktronics Academic All-American in 2022. Competed at Eastern Michigan prior to transferring, earning First Team All-MAC (2019) and Academic All-MAC (2020) honors.

Young is the son of Peter and Marjie Young & brother to Matt Young.
