Management and Leadership

Leadership for a Challenging Time.

OKWU’s Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership is designed to prepare students for the rigors of leadership in the modern business world. In addition to an excellent curriculum taught by award-winning professors, we seek to instill in our students the strong character that is required of good leaders – integrity, reliability, and capability, with a strong vision and commitment to empowerment. The modern business person is expected to work hard, learn quickly, and think ethically, all in the context of a challenging, rapidly changing job market. Graduates of this program are well equipped to meet those demands.

Taught by the Best. At Oklahoma Wesleyan, our students study under seasoned business professionals with proven expertise in their field, who are committed to integrating real-world experience with classroom curriculum. In addition, Eagles participate in internships with the most vibrant companies in our area, graduating with proven experience and connections in the field.
