For the first time ever, Oklahoma Wesleyan University’s annual fundraising drive is happening over the course of one extraordinary week.

From April 8 to 12, OKWU is inviting alumni and friends to partner together to make a statement of support for the future of Oklahoma Wesleyan University.

“Give Week is an opportunity to show your gratitude for the spiritual and educational development you experienced at OKWU,” said President Jim Dunn. “It’s now our privilege to help OKWU thrive for decades to come.”

This year, your gifts to Give Week help make OKWU a reality for students from across the globe by providing student scholarships. Additionally, gifts can be made to the Wesley Hall renovation to help OKWU secure a generous $100,000 matching gift. Construction on Wesley Hall is scheduled to take place in Summer 2024.

“Give Week is a powerful way for the OKWU community to tangibly demonstrate its passion for the university,” Dunn said. “Someone donated the funds that we benefitted from as students. Now it’s our turn to give so current students can earn an exceptional education at a biblically-centered university that seeks to advance the Kingdom of God.”

How to Partner with OKWU
  • Make a commitment to financially partner with OKWU! Give a one-time gift, consider making a monthly donation, or learn more about how to include OKWU in your estate planning. You can designate your gift “Give Week” and help us meet our goal!
  • Pray for God’s providential blessings on OKWU! As the NOW Campaign continues, pray that God will direct our administration and leadership team as they make key decisions, meet with donors, and submit grant applications. Pray for God’s favor to pour on OKWU in the months and years to come as we seek to secure the future of OKWU for decades to come!
  • Share your OKWU story! How did God move through your life during your time on campus? You have an OKWU story. We’d love to hear it. Share it on your social media pages and tag us at @OKWUniv so we can spread the word about all that God has done among our extended OKWU community!
