Admissions requirements
In order to be accepted, an applicant must have a College unweighted GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Online Students Steps
If applying with less than 24 college credits:
Step 2a: If applying with a high school diploma
If you’re applying with a high school diploma, you must submit your high school transcript, with an official graduation date, and test scores.
In order to be accepted, an applicant must have a GPA of 2.3 or higher
Step 2b: If you’re applying with a GED:
Submit an official GED Credential with a score of 165 or higher.
Step 3: Send college transcripts to OKWU
Request all college transcripts to be sent to OKWU or upload unofficial copies HERE.
You will need:
- A transcript of all academic work from every college and university you’ve been enrolled, drop or withdrew from, or attended
- A GPA of at least 2.0
Once accepted
Step 1: Complete your FASFA or FAFSA Waiver
Complete the FASFA Loan Agreement or FAFSA Waiver
Complete Entrance Counseling
If not using Federal Financial Aid, submit a deposit based upon the program you are pursuing
Step 2: Submit your Registration Contract
More Registration Contract information will be provided by your admissions counselor
Step 3: Sign your Core Registration Form
Core Registration information will be provided to you by your academic advisors
