Job Description:
The work-study students maintain the ACE office and are the face of ACE. They greet all visitors and assist in scheduling and maintaining the calendar of tutorial appointments. Additionally, they assist in checking students in and out, helping students stay on task/monitoring the room. In addition, they help the director in sending emails, filing, shredding, and data entry. If a work-study is a junior or senior with a high GPA in his/her major, he/she will also tutor students. It is vital that ACE has a tutor from each of the main areas of study who excels in that area. Confidentiality, exceptional grade point average, computer fluency, and a good social presence are essential.

Job Description:
The work study student will detail vehicles in the motor pool; perform general work and light landscaping, mowing, weed eating, edging, and planting flowers, cleaning a building or dorm on a daily basis, vacuuming, taking out the trash, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms. These are divided into motor pool, grounds, and cleaning positions.
