Graduates will check in with the Registrar’s Office and receive information regarding the evening’s Commencement ceremony. There will be a short walk-through in preparation for the event. Do NOT wear regalia to this check-in.

10:00 AM: School-Sponsored Celebrations (further information TBA)

All graduates will be welcome to participate in school-sponsored celebrations related to their degree programs. More information will be distributed as the details are put together.

All graduates will report promptly to Keating 105 to receive their name cards, honors cords (if applicable), and final instructions. From here, graduates will line up in processional order.

1:30 PM: General Admissions Seating Opens (location: Chapel Fine Arts Center)

This is a ticketed event; all attendees must have a ticket. Digital ticket information will be sent to graduates and listed below at a later date. Anyone without a digital ticket will be asked to sit in our overflow seating section in the Lyon Hall auditorium.

2:00 PM: Family Communion and Commencement Ceremony (location: Chapel Fine Arts Center)

Join us in celebrating our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as we participate in a family communion, prayer, worship, and the ceremonial diploma conferral for our graduates. All graduates must wear regalia according to the degree program they are completing.

Immediately following the commencement ceremony, graduates and their families are invited to meet outside (weather pending) at the lower west level of the chapel patio and grass area.

Photography

University photographers will be present at our upcoming graduation ceremony to capture the day’s joyous moments. Due to logistical constraints, they may only capture some individual hooding and handshake moments for some. Please cherish these significant moments as they unfold.

While photographers aim to capture various celebration images, we encourage you and your families to take personal photos of any desired memories. Please do not approach the stage or front area of the chapel, as we need that space for our graduates, faculty, and staff members.

Graduates can arrange for photographers outside the chapel for pre- or post-ceremony images on our scenic campus.

Thank you for understanding. We are extremely excited to celebrate this momentous occasion with you!
