Children’s Summer Theatre Camp
May 25 - June 6
Daily | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Oklahoma Wesleyan University | Chapel & Fine Arts Building
Take the stage. Find your voice. Tell a story that matters.
The Children’s Summer Theatre Camp is a two-week, immersive performance experience where young actors bring a full theatrical production to life—from first rehearsal to final curtain call. Campers arrive with their roles already cast and lines memorized, then spend two dynamic weeks working alongside experienced directors and staff to rehearse, stage, and perform a full-length Jr. drama or musical for a live audience. Along the way, students grow not only as performers, but as collaborators, storytellers, and leaders—learning how to glorify God through their creativity and character.
Camp Experience Highlights
- Full-scale theatrical production performed live
- Acting, singing, and performance coaching
- Music, movement, and ensemble work
- Daily devotionals & biblical reflection on the arts
- Creative crafts and hands-on activities
- Intentional character development—on and off the stage
Who Should Attend?
Open to students entering 4th–12th grade who love theatre, music, storytelling, or performing. This camp is ideal for students ready to commit to a focused rehearsal schedule and grow their gifts in a supportive, faith-centered environment.
