Introducing Parsons House: The First Phase of Eagle Village

At OKWU, student life is about more than where you live—it’s about how you grow. With that in mind, the university is proud to share progress on Parsons House, the first building in our new Eagle Village Apartments.

Thanks to a generous $500,000 gift from the Jeanalee and Charles Parsons Foundation, Parsons House offers apartment-style living for OKWU students starting in Fall 2025. Located just across the street from campus, the new apartments are designed to give students both independence and connection, each unit complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area, and washer/dryer.

This project is just the beginning. Eagle Village will eventually include up to eight apartment buildings, creating a close-knit, off-campus community centered on the values that define OKWU.

A formal dedication of Parsons House was held during Homecoming Weekend (October 3–4), led by President Jim Dunn and members of the Parsons Foundation.
